PreK & Kindergarten Registration Forms

Welcome to our PreK & Kindergarten Registration Forms page!  Here you will find information and links to various forms to print and fill out when registering your child for Kindergarten and/or Voluntary PreK.  Children who will be 4 years old on or before August 15th of this year are eligible to register for our voluntary PreK Program.  Children who will be 5 years old on or before August 15th of this year are eligible to register for Kindergarten.
