Tellico Plains Elementary School
Tellico Plains Elementary School (TPES) is a rural PreK-4th grade school nestled in the mountains of East Tennessee.  We have an enrollment of approximately 350 students.  Our school colors are red, white, and black while our school mascot is The Cubs.  Our C.U.B.S. expectations are C-Come Ready, U-Use Respect, B-Be Responsible, S-Stay Safe.  Our motto is "Giving our Best and Nothing Less!".  The faculty and staff at TPES are dedicated to providing the opportunity of raising each child to their fullest potential while under our care.  We want our students to achieve at their individual, optimal levels and develop a good sense of self in their character.  We have a very active Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) at TPES.  Our PTO always welcomes new members and does various fundraising activities for our school.  They also help out with lots of school-sponsored events as well as day-to-day activities at TPES.  We also welcome Parent Volunteers at our school.
